How much does FarmVisit cost?
No cost, it is free of charge.
Why is FarmVisit free available?
FarmVisit for advisors can be compared with the Lely T4C  InHerd FarmBeats tool, both are available to download for free.

Benchmark

Where can I find an overview of advisors who have access to my farm data?
In Benchmark, go to: T4C - Home and open Benchmark.
- Click on 'Membership', select 'Advisors': here an overview can be found of connected advisors).
How do I gain access to Benchmark?
Via the T4C Desktop - Home - Benchmark or via the website http://www.benchmark-lely.com.
Can I delete an advisor?
Yes. Go to: T4C - Home and open Benchmark.
- Click on 'Membership', select 'Advisors'.
- Click on 'Disconnect'.
Can I communicate directly with my advisor?
Yes, via email but not directly via Benchmark or FarmVisit.
Do I need to have a Benchmark account?
For farmers a Benchmark account is mandatory. For advisors a Benchmark account or a FarmVisit Advisor account is mandatory.
How do I gain access to the Benchmark website?
Benchmark is also accessible via T4C Desktop, or go directly to http://www.benchmark-lely.com/ and click on 'Login' or 'Register'. Benchmark is also accessible via T4C (Home - Benchmark). When the farmer creates his account it should be done from T4C (Home - Benchmark) so that the farm and benchmark accounts are connected.
How can I invite an advisor?
Go to: T4C - Home and open Benchmark.
- Click on 'Membership', select 'Advisors'.
- Enter the advisor's ID (which you got from your advisor).
- Click on 'Add Advisor'.
How can I accept an invitation from an advisor?
Go to: T4C - Home and open Benchmark.
- Click on 'Membership', select 'Invitations'.
- Click on 'Invite User'.
- Click on the 'Received user invitations' tab.
- Select 'Accept' next to the name of the advisor.
How can I invite a farmer?
Add customers to FarmVisit
To gain access to the information for a farm, the farmer must enter your Advisor ID number into his T4C farm PC (via Benchmark). Your Advisor ID is displayed at the top of the Dashboard page:
- Click on the 'Dashboard' button: your Advisor ID is displayed on the 'Dashboard' page just above the level bar.
- Click on the 'add' button: information is displayed about how your user ID must be entered into T4C (via Benchmark). You can scroll through the information.

Invite customers
- Click on the ‘Send’ button to send an email to the farmer and supply the farmer with your ID.
- Enter the email address of the farm.
- If necessary adjust the text of the email.
- Send the email.

Requirements

Can I use FarmVisit on an iPad?
Yes, but it has been developed and is supported for smartphone devices.
What are the minimum Internet requirements?
Wi-Fi Internet access: according to 802.11 a/b/g/n standard.
Minimum Internet speed: 1,500 kbps download/700 kbps upload speed.

Gamification

How can I quickly unlock features?
Go to the 'Menu Reward Center' to see the features and their prices; go to the "get points" section to see how you can get points. Each day you log in you will get points, for example.

Can I call or send an email to a farmer from within FarmVisit?
On the homepage two views are available:
- Dashboard: graphs.
- Farms: shows an overview of the farm (by swiping the || farm data to the right, farm details become visible).
- Click on the farm details, a new screen opens.
- Click on the phone number or email address to contact the farmer.
Where can I find general farm information?

Can farmers use FarmVisit?
No, farmers cannot log in to the FarmVisit tool using their benchmark account.
What are the benefits of the FarmVisit tool?

What makes the FarmVisit tool unique?
FarmVisit is the best tool available for our dairy advisors, presenting them with the key figures on cow performance with automatic milking: the Key Performance Indicators. Based on this advice can be given or a visit can be planned.
Does a farmer need to have InHerd in order for an advisor to work with FarmVisit?
No.
- T4C InHerd: the hands-on tool for farmers.
- FarmVisit: the hands-on tool for advisors.
The use of FarmVisit by advisors is not related to the use of InHerd by farmers.

Registration

I do not have an Advisor account, what should I do?
If you do not have an Advisor account you first need to register in order to log in to the FarmVisit application.
- Open the 'FarmVisit' button, the FarmVisit application starts.
- Click on the ‘i’ button (top right).
- Click on the 'Register' button: enter the required information and click on the 'Next' button.
- Make the required selections and enter the required information, click ‘Done'. The registration is finished and the Dashboard page is displayed.
- If you now click on the 'Farms' tab a demo farm is shown in your list of farms; click on the demo farm and information is displayed.
- You can now start to connect more farms.
I do not have a Benchmark account, what should I do?
Benchmark is accessible via the T4C desktop (Home - Benchmark), or directly via the website: go to http://www.benchmark-lely.com/ and select 'Register'.
Can I use FarmVisit via 3G/4G?
Yes, if the required Internet speed is achieved.

Visit note

How can I create a farm visit note?
A visit report can be added: click on the 'Farms' tab.
- Find and click on the farm to which you want to add a farm visit report.
- On the 'Farms' page click on the ‘Pencil’ button (top right): the 'Visits' page appears.
- Click on the ‘+’ button (top right): the 'Add Visit' page appears.
- Click on the blank page: a keyboard appears and you can type the notes you made during the visit.
- If the date needs to be changed:
- Click on the date - the calendar appears. Scroll through the calendar parts until the correct date is displayed - click on 'Select' to select the date and 'Save' the report.
